A household name in the USA, this skin care system and chemical peel is now available from 1st Call Aesthetics. The 4 step home care prepares your skin for the LA Peel. 3-5 days after the peel your skin will peel revealing brighter, softer, clearer skin, the effects of which last 2 - 3 months.
The LA peel is a medium to deep peel, and can therefore only be performed by a qualified doctor or nurse trained for this procedure. If you have acne, you will be given the acne reversion system to use 1 month before the peel. Treatment areas include, face, neck, hands and décolleté.
Step 1
Following an initial telephone conversation with the nurse, an appointment will be made at either the clinic or at your own home, if you prefer.
Step 2
On the day of the treatment the nurse will take a medical history and answer any questions you may have. The skin will then be cleansed and prepared for treatment.
Step 3
The LA peel will then be applied. Once it has taken effect a soothing lotion will then be applied. Some patients report experiencing a warm tingling sensation, however a fan will be directed onto the skin in order to keep you cool
Step 4
Following the procedure after care advice and material will be given to you, along with the clinics contact details. The general aftercare advice is not to put anything on the skin for 12 hours.
